1. Acceptance

By using the EventPartner platform and submitting a sponsorship enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of the platform

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the service.

3. Sponsorship enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding sponsorship agreement. Any partnership is subject to a separate written offer and acceptance.

4. Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, EventPartner is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
