You can contact the controller in all matters concerning your personal data at: info@eventpartner.dev. EventPartner (eventpartner.dev) is the sponsorship and partnership portal for the NG Poland, JS Poland and AI Poland conferences and associated workshops. This notice describes how we process the personal data of people who submit a sponsorship enquiry, use our contact forms, receive sponsorship offers, or subscribe to our newsletter.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS WILL MY DATA BE PROCESSED?
The controller will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- responding to your sponsorship enquiry or contact request and communicating with you about it – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
- preparing, sending and negotiating sponsorship proposals and agreements – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
- security, fraud and spam prevention, including processing technical data such as IP address and submission timing – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
- sending you our newsletter and marketing communications relating to our conferences, workshops and other services – only where you have given separate, optional consent – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
- statistical and analytical purposes – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
- compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations in connection with concluded sponsorship contracts – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
WHO WILL BE THE RECIPIENTS OF MY DATA?
We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- where required by law;
- where necessary to perform a contract with a service provider;
- where necessary for our legitimate interests;
- where you have given your consent.
The entities to whom the controller may disclose your personal data include:
- MailerLite Limited, Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593, Ireland – where you have subscribed to our newsletter;
- hosting providers, cloud service providers, IT support providers and e-mail delivery providers supporting the operation of EventPartner;
- professional advisers, including accountants and legal advisers, where necessary;
- public authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data. Where a recipient processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE PROCESSED?
- Sponsorship enquiries and related correspondence – for the duration of our discussions and for a reasonable period afterwards in order to manage future cooperation and future editions of our events.
- Data related to concluded sponsorship contracts – for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Newsletter subscriptions and marketing consent – until you withdraw your consent.
- Security and anti-spam logs – only for as long as necessary for security purposes.
WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF MY PERSONAL DATA?
You have the right to request access to your personal data and to obtain a copy of it, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest, including the right to object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Where processing is based on consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal. Where processing is based on consent or a contract, you also have the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@eventpartner.dev. We will respond within one month.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY PERSONAL DATA?
Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, the contact and company details marked as required in the sponsorship form are necessary for us to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer. Without them, we may be unable to process your request. Without providing your e-mail address, you will not be able to subscribe to the newsletter.
AUTOMATED PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.
